CALICO "ROLL-UP" 19th century calico "roll-up" with news clippings, stories of the day and vital statistics. Hand-made by someone who wanted the news right at hand. Information was added to this over the years and it rolls out to about to almost 3 yards. The brown calico changes later to ticking and others.
